Every once and a while, you get gross feeling: you're tired, grumpy, smelly, and feel like lying on the couch all day. I usually feel this way when I've been away for a trip, and don't feel as comfortable in the bathroom. When I return home, I usually always take a spa day. Today, unable to come up with a good enough idea for a blog post, I decided to take a bath. Automatically, I realized that sharing this piece of my routine with you would make a great blog post, so here is my how-to guide for a spa day. First things first, I get together all of my products I may use in or after a bath. This includes some products you have probably seen before in my favorites, and a few homemade things. In the three jars are lavender body scrub, coffee body scrub, and mint Epsom salt. Up there is also some bath bombs, sponges, body creme, and bubble bath. Here are the ingredients for all of my homemade goodies: Coffee Scrub - coffee, soap chips, and sugar Lavender Scrub - cane sugar, lavender essential oil, coconut oil, lavender sprigs Peppermint Epsom salt - peppermint oil, peppermint tea leaves, baking soda, Epsom salt After picking the products for my bath, I start filling it up with bubbles, and get the mood set. This includes placing candles (fake ones) around the bath, and getting anything I would like to do or use during the bath. I got myself a nice glass of ice tea, and brought up a face mask to use during the bath. Finally, I take a dip in the bath. It usually takes a while to ease all the way in, because I like my bath very hot. I try to spend as much time as possible in the bath before I either prune up, or it gets to cold. That is the end of my short post for this week, I hope you found it relaxing :) Have a fantastic week, and you'll hear from me next Sunday!
xx Hanna
