The last back to school outfit that I have for you combines the two different styles of casual (from previous years) and a dark color theme. I recently found a new pair of basic jeans that are going to work great in my closet, and I'm also building up the amount of standout tees I have. School can be hard to dress for in the morning, so most days I end up throwing on a tee shirt and jeans. Finding a couple unique style tees will make my everyday outfits look more unique and less boring. Dark & CasualThe top of this outfit combines a lot of trends: cold shoulder, bell sleeve, high neck, and a faint peplum style. The jeans I found in the clearance section for only $20, and they are simple midi height black jeans with rips in the knees. I paired it with my platform vans to match the colors in the outfit and give it a little bit of a pop. Here is where everything is from: Top: American Eagle Bottoms: Abercrombie & Fitch Shoes: Vans Here is a closer look at the top so you can see the detailing. With tops like these in your closet, outfits can be super simple and comfy. but still be able to stand out amongst a plain tee shirt. Over time, you'll find that other items in your closet may become out of style, but a simple tee shirt in jeans will be a basic in your closet forever. That is the conclusion of the three back to school outfit posts for this year! Let me know in the comments below if you enjoyed this years combination of styles, and what you would like to see next year! Here are my back to school outfits from previous years:

Hello, I hope you've had a great week. The second of three back to school outfits I will be showing you incorporates both the girly and the preppy style in an outfit that is filled with fall colors. The clothing is all incredibly soft and high quality, making it feel as if I am wearing pajamas in this outfit. I hope you enjoy this weeks look! Scroll down to the bottom of the post to see my back to school outfits from last year. Girly & PreppyThe combination of colors and different pieces of clothing in the above look screams fall to me. Dark colors, sweatshirts, and boots are all some of my favorite things, and putting them together makes the perfect outfit for back to school season. Here is where everything is from: Sweatshirt: Pacsun (Brandy Mellville) Dress: Urban Outfitters Shoes: H&M This outfit also works great in all different types of weather. The sweatshrirt can be taken off and the long sleeved dress can easily be rolled up to create a whole new look. I have been looking for a fit and flare dress with a collar for a while, so that I can pop over a sweatshirt and it look really cute when I am cold. I hope you liked the second of three back to school outfits that I have for you this year. Let me know in the comments if it inspired you to create an outfit of your own for the first day of school. 2016 2015 There is one more back to school outfit that is coming next week, so make sure to take a look at the blog next Sunday. I hope you all have a great week! xx Hanna Happy Sunday! I hope that August is going well for you so far. Although it may not seem like it, the school year is coming up real fast, and fall clothing is popping into the stores. That means it is the start of my back to school posts, featuring some of my personal favorites, back to school outfits. This year I took ideas that I have used in previous years outfits and combined them with new styles, to create whole, new looks. There is guaranteed to be a look for whatever style of clothing you like to wear. I hope you enjoy this series! Geeky & RetroThe look combines all of some of my favorite things: denim, Vans, and chokers. To pair with it, I added a vintage looking space tee shirt and matching space buns. The whole look is very dark and mysterious, but the solar system on the tee shirt gives off a geeky vibe. I love how it contrasts with the rest of the outfit yet seems to match. Here is where everything is from: Shirt: Aeropostale Bottoms: Pacsun Shoes: Vans Necklace: Aeropostale Here is a side view of the outfit, One of my favorite things about this look are the Vans which I recently got. From the side you can see more of the lift the have off the ground, because they are actually platform Vans, and thus help me feel a little bit taller than usual while still staying comfy. I am very happy that the platform sneakers trend has arrived because I am not a fan of uncomfortable shoes like heels, and these give a little extra height. That is my first of three back to school outfits for this upcoming school year, I hope you enjoyed this post and it brought you some inspiration.
